Refund Policy

At FIDELIS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Here's how our refund and exchange process works:

Refunds:
We only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Once verified, you will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement item.

Exchanges:
If you received the wrong size, don’t worry. We offer free exchanges for the correct size — whichever you prefer. Just contact us within 48 Hours of delivery, and the original item must be returned in unused, original condition.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or general dissatisfaction if the item is not damaged or the wrong size.
